Having worked in the textile fabric industry for so many years, who hasn’t been stumped by color matching? A client sends a small fabric sample, requesting the same or a similar color for mass production. We have to repeatedly compare the sample against a pile of color cards and other fabrics. Sometimes, due to varying lighting conditions, the color we see in the morning will look different from the one we see in the afternoon.
